Keyboard shortcuts
On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever ⌘ is shown.
| Shortcut | Does |
|---|---|
⌘K |
Open the selected port |
⌘L |
Clear the screen (the buffer is kept) |
⌘F |
Search and filter the log |
⌘[ / ⌘] |
Previous / next session tab |
⌘↵ |
Save an inline comment |
Enter |
Send, in line mode |
Esc |
Clear the input box, in line mode |
⌘L clears what is on screen only. Nothing is removed from the log on disk, and
search still finds cleared lines.
In raw input mode, keystrokes go straight to the port, so shortcuts that would otherwise be caught by the app are sent to the device instead.
